This small batch bourbon has a high rye content in its mash (hence the name). What this means is that the end product turns out to have a bit of a spicy bite, but the corn comes around to soften the blow. And around, around you go. A little spice, a little sweet and everything nice. We love the roasted corn aromas, too.
