STORE PICK-UPS
- Do you lack time for delivery? No problem! Place your order online ($10 minimum), and we will have it ready for you to pick up at the store. Just select the "Store Pick Up" option at check out.
NEXT DAY DELIVERIES
- Next Day delivery in parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn ($35 minimum order)
- Next Day orders must be placed by 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery must be delivered to doormen's buildings, or someone 21 years or older at home must sign for the package at the time of delivery.
- Next-day delivery service is subject to item availability. Individually allocated items are not eligible for same-day delivery because they will need to be sourced specifically for your order. In this case, standard UPS/FedEx rates will apply.

OUTSIDE NEW YORK CITY DELIVERIES
- Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx
- If your order is being shipped via UPS, we offer Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver.
- If your order is being shipped via FedEx, we offer Ground, 2 Day, and Standard Overnight Delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- NOTE: Unless you live in the Northeast, we discourage you from selecting "Ground Service" as your shipping method during peak winter and summer, as weather conditions and longer delivery times may result in spoilage. We will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, De Wine Spot cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.

We can NOT guarantee clearance at local customs, as every country has its own regulations regarding alcohol shipping. You can ship at your own risk.
The recipient is responsible for all local customs and import fees. If the bottle is refused and returned to us, the shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Fine Print
Free shipping applies to shipping costs up to $40 per shipment. For orders exceeding this amount, please get in touch with us, and we’ll apply a $40 discount to your order, with you covering the remaining shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply to orders with other discounts, but we occasionally run promotions that combine discounts with free shipping.
De* Wine Spot wants to keep shipping costs reasonable. The total cost includes packaging materials, labor costs to prepare the item(s) for shipping, carrier fees, fuel surcharges, and the carrier’s additional, mandatory “signature fee.” By law, delivery of alcohol requires an adult signature upon receipt. Finally, insurance fees are added for your security.
Shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker; the common carrier that delivers our merchandise must ask and check for identification upon delivery. You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. We will make one attempt to deliver. Please be sure there is someone over 21 with a valid I.D. to sign for the delivery.
