Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

This unusual liqueur is made of VSOP Cognac infused with baby ginger; originally created on the French Indochinese ginger root estate of Domaine de Canton, this aromatic elixir first became popular among the colonial French aristocracy.

Gingery nose with a light touch of vanilla and honey; on the palate, the gingeriness is similarly tempered with a hint of sweetness.
