Triple-distilled from 100% malted barley, the inaugural release of the Bushmills 30 Year Old was first aged in hand-selected bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts for 14 years along the cold north coast of Ireland. The whiskey was then married and further aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for 14 years, casks that were seasoned for two years in Jerez's precious fortified wine.

Nose: Rich, inviting, sweet aromas of raisins, figs, prunes, and dates entwined with treacle toffee, soft clove, and sweet spice delighted the senses.
