This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was matured for approximately four years in original charred oak barrels before being transferred to toasted oak barrels for finishing. It was bottled at 101 proof, non-chill filtered. The nose of this whiskey opens with notes of berries and toasty oak. Upon sipping, sweet vanilla and butter toffee flavors appear before hints of cherry and coffee cake. The finish is long and robust with notes of cinnamon, almond, and espresso.

This whiskey's nose displays aromas of brandied cherries and pipe tobacco. Once sipped, lively flavors
of candied lemon peel and honey are at the fore before revealing dark fruit notes of fig and plum with a touch of maple syrup. The finish is long and nuanced with hints of toffee, cherry pie filling, and leather.
