The Whiskymaker's Reserve No.6 is a masterful expression by The Lakes Distillery, matured in a selection of the finest Oloroso, PX, and red wine casks. The whisky is known for its complex and aromatic character, bringing exotic spice and delicate fragrant notes while maintaining a bold style. It's a non-chill filtered whisky, natural in color, and boasts an ABV of 52%. This edition places a focus on accentuating notes of wood spice, balanced by juicy red fruit notes.

Nose: Juicy winey red fruit, plump raisins, and sticky dates, with a tart, hibiscus-like floral undertone, complemented by rich oriental spice, marzipan with rose water, and candied ginger.

Palate: Smooth and buttery oak, more red fruit, alongside raisins, sultanas, and sticky notes of runny honey, sun-dried Ajwa dates, and toasted teacake.

Finish: A fragrant incense note, with lingering drying oak spice and complex spice.
