Produced in extremely limited quantities, Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is distilled from a mash bill of rye and malted barley and is Bottled In Bond at 100 Proof.
TASTING NOTES
An enticing nose of dried fruit, black pepper, and fresh dill leads to a bold, spicy palate boasting complex layers of caramel, citrus, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and oak. A touch of orange zest emerges on the long, oak-driven finish.
