Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey Diamond Peak

Stranahan's Diamond Peak is selected from distillery's oldest casks by master distiller Rob Dietrich. Distillery ages the Colorado Single Malt Whiskey in #3 Char American Oak Barrels in their mile-high warehouse in Denver, Colorado. This Whiskey is non-chill filtered and cut to proof with Rocky Mountain water. Every Batch is hand bottled.

Diamond Peak is a blend of only 4-year barrels. We found this expression to be much more enjoyable than the regular Stranahan's, not that the regular is bad by any means. The Diamond Peak has the oak flavor of an 8-year or older whiskey, which is interesting from the 4-year barrels.
