Traditional methods give Siete Leguas Reposado its distinctive character. Produced in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, this 100% Blue Weber agave tequila reflects the highland style with savory depth and lively agave flavor. The distillery cooks mature agave in ovens, then extracts the cooked juice through a combination of traditional tahona milling and more contemporary milling techniques. Eight months in white oak barrels soften the spirit while preserving its unmistakable cooked-agave core.

 The oak stays measured. Vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, herbs, citrus, and pepper weave around the roasted-agave character rather than burying it.That balance makes Siete Leguas Reposado equally comfortable served neat, over ice, or mixed into a Margarita or Paloma.

Nose: Cooked agave leads the way. Fresh citrus, spearmint, chamomile, vanilla, light oak, and subtle ripe-fruit notes add lift and complexity.

Palate: Rich, silky, and distinctly agave-driven. Cooked agave meets grapefruit, lime, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, black pepper, and a faint mineral edge.

Finish: Pepper and oak linger gracefully. The lingering agave sweetness gradually gives way to herbal notes, gentle oak spice, and a clean warmth.

Carnitas make an especially natural match. The tequila's cooked-agave sweetness complements roasted pork, while its pepper, citrus, and herbal notes cut through richer preparations.
