Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast Small Batch effortlessly delivers the unmistakable intensity of cask strength Redbreast. Initially matured in a combination of the finest American Oak Casks and Spanish Sherry Butts, these whiskeys were then re-casked into Oloroso Sherry Butts to further heighten the signature sherried Redbreast style that has been bottled exclusively for the USA. 58.7% ABV

NOSE: An aroma of dried fruits, black cherry, red berries. Hints of citrus and Oloroso Sherry. Toasted European Oak and vanilla balanced by licorice notes.
TASTE: A suggestion of vanilla sweetness and mixed fruit. Pot still and wood spices enhance the complexity and texture of perfectly-balanced flavors.
FINISH: An understated fusion of sweet fruits and aromatic spices. Enduringly mellow on the palate.
