Nittnaus Manila "Weiss" Gruner Veltliner

The grapes come from the Strassacker vineyard in the town of Jois which sits on the limestone rich Leithaberg mountain range. The grapes were destemmed and without being crushed, fermented in tank for 13 days. After fermentation the grapes were pressed and aged in three small barrels for 10 months.
