NV Moissenet-Bonnard Cuvee de l'Oncle Paul Bourgogne Rouge

The Pinot Noir of Moissenet Bornard does not yield its charms easily. The palate rolls with rustic pink peppercorn and early-season cherries, but still gives a sense of power.

There is quite a bit of tannic grip, which requires a pot of poultry stew to soften around the edges.
