By meticulously selecting specific sherry-seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon casks, the master whisky makers naturally coaxed out profound lactones that mimic a lush, island-like character. Sustainability remains the driving force behind this entire experimental series. Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca collaborated on the vision, bringing the concept full circle to where the project originally began. To underscore the ecological message, the packaging itself incorporates repurposed fibers from discarded coconut husks.
