2017 Lusenti Colli Piacentini Pinot Nero Fiocco di Rose
Vinification, ageing and maturation: The must remains in contact with the skins at a low temperature for a few hours, then it is separated from the skins immediately afterwards in order to obtain a rose wine with good character and excellent sapidity, lean and fresh. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is released two or three months after bottling.
Pale pink with an orange hue. Apricots, peaches and minerals in nose. Very nice bubbles. Dry, light, crisp. Nicely balanced acidity and minerals. Peach, apple skins, lemon in the finish.
Suitable for all courses, raw fish, shellfish, white meat.
