This is from 25+ year old vines that are hand-harvested, made from a blend of rose de saignee and rose de presse that is wild yeast fermented in old 400 litre barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Violets, raspberries, and pencil shavings dance around luscious strawberry notes and are neatly wrapped up in a long, long finish with just the slightest touch of gamey goodness.
