Kurosawa Nigori Sake

Kurosawa Shuzo was established in 1858 in the village of Yachiho, which is near the luxurious resort city of Nagano in central Japan. Yachiho is surrounded by moountains such as the Asama and Yatsugatake and also the Chikuma river which is one of the longest in Japan.

Kurosawa Sake Brewery has been brewing sake using the traditional had crafted method since 1858. Much-anticipated “Kurosawa Nigori (unfiltered) Sake” is finally available in the United States.

Semi-dry. Notes of citrus, melon and creamy aromas.

The fruity nose and creamy “umami” flavor make it complement spicy foods or as a dessert.
