Knob Creek "Get Rye Tonight" 6 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey The Prime Barrel Pick #47

One of the barrels from our summer 2022 #barrelpickingexpedition has been truly a team effort. 7 members of the club helped with the selection, and you can see a small video of the process here. The barrel was aged for 6 years and was bottled at 115 Proof.

• Nose: butterscotch, cereal, orange pith, lemon verbena, vanilla
• Palate: pepper, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg
• Finish: long with notes of cinnamon and toast

$5 from each bottle sold from this barrel will be donated to Food Bank For NYC charity. It's become a Christmas tradition for us to donate to a local charity working to end food poverty in our city's five boroughs since 1983.
