NV Jolie-Laide "Glou d'Etat"

A new red blend for Jolie-Laide coming from three vineyard sites; Alder Springs in Mendocino County, as well as Coast View and Brosseau Vineyards in the Gabilan Mountains of the Central Coast. The fruit was foot-stomped and whole cluster fermented with a slightly shorter maceration time, creating a lighter drinking style with fresh aromatics and a lower tannin profile. Perfect with a chill!

Natural yeasts for fermentation mean this wine is just a little bit funky, but juicy and fruit forward with lots of bright red cherry flavor.
