100% Elbling. Medium body. The zippy and mineral driven, this wine is like sucking on a river stone. Initially nervy and raspy in dryness then evaporates into juicy lemon, Orchard fruit, and sorrel nodes. It’s all about lemon pith and herbs in this interesting varietal from the Mosel. Intense lift and serious acidity bring playfulness to the palate, yet still weighty enough to enjoy with a distinct meal. Great for so many occasions.
