Full medium-bodied, dry. A salmon pink hue with aromas of raspberries and yeast, and a rich palate of chalk, minerals, wild cherry and strawberry. Crisp on the finish with hints of lavender, minerals, and breadiness gained from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
