Nose: Fresh orchard fruits immediately spring from the glass. They merge seamlessly with sweet honeyed malt and a vibrant lift of bright citrus zest.

Palate: Oloroso sherry casts a brilliant shadow of dried fruit and baking spice. Subtle oak provides structural gravity without ever masking the inherent youthful vibrancy.

Finish: Gentle baking spice lingers purposely. Waves of roasted caramelised nuts slowly recede into the background, leaving a starkly clean finish that demands your absolute, undivided attention.

Rich sherry maturation makes this whisky a brilliant companion for aged Manchego cheese or savory roasted almonds. The salty bite slices right through the honeyed malt. For a decadent pairing, serve it alongside a dark chocolate tart generously topped with freshly grated orange zest. The robust cacao perfectly highlights those lingering citrus and spiced fruit layers.
