Echeverria Valle del Curico I "No Es Pituko" Natural Wine Rose

A sharply dry rose of Pais, an old grape that’s been grown in Chile since the earliest days of Spanish migration. Bright notes of cranberry and hibiscus with a razor-like finish of wet stones. Given time it opens up to open the funkiness of the wild fermentation increasingly shows and the mid-palate rounds out for a lusher raspberry flavor.
