• TASTING NOTES
  Old vine Vermentino. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. It has a good progression that goes from the scents of rosemary, which is typical of the grape, to elder flowers, white fruit, yellow and lychee. The taste is soft on the palate, then fruity and lively, with good structure and excellent balance.
• FOOD PAIRING
  Almost any seafood goes well as one would expect from any grape that hails from the island of Corsica. Also, pasta dishes that use Pesto pair well with Vermentino.
