ABOUT
Intense, vibrant Colombard from vines that are treated like a king. Planted in high density to reduce yields and farmed organically. Since it was first planted in the late 15th century, the terroir has been regarded as one of the best in Gascony, situated in limestone outcrops called Peyrusquet.
TASTING NOTES
Aromatic, fruity, fragrant and crisply perfumed. It is light on the palate, dancing with fresh acidity and a lightly herbal character.
