Diora features grapes selected from Block 202, the northernmost Pinot Noir block on our family-owned San Bernabe Vineyard in Monterey county. The balance of this blend integrates structure and black fruit nuances from grapes grown in the Santa Lucia Highlands.
TASTING NOTES
Deep, intense garnet color in the glass with aromas of black cherries, brown sugar and mocha. Round, soft and full-bodied with excellent weight in the mid-palate, layers of black cherry, dark chocolate, spice and coffee bean unfold with earthy undertones of mushroom and truffle.
FOOD PAIRING
This rich, elegant Pinot Noir is versatile across a host of flavors and cuisines. Serve with chicken mole enchiladas, baby back ribs covered in sweet barbecue sauce or flourless chocolate cake.
