NV Dandelion Vineyards Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Colour White-bright, clear, yet with an unctuousness when swirled in the glass. Nose Dawn’s freshly cropped guava, Kiwi fruit, and rockmelon, all still dew-dripping. Spearmint, mint, apple mint, and Vietnamese mint - there is a piquancy about the otherwise pure aromatics of this clean, clear white wine. Palate And a dry palate. Sauvignon Blanc as it should be. Fruit notes of nettle and dandelion leaf; a soft rain-water texture that lingers across the palate.
