Juice is single pressed to tank. Bottled at 20-25 grams of sugar. Fermention finishes in bottle after about one month. The wine rests in bottle for 6 months before disgorgement.

A refreshing blast of watermelon aqua fresca with a slight overtone of fresh baker’s yeast on the nose. An intense palate that keeps the light fruit character but mixes with a bit of rose petals and fresh earth. Ice cold it is fruity and refreshing. Left to warm it gains an earthy, serious character that is atypical of Pet-nats.
