Inspired by Experimental Batch 007 from 2018, it’s made from a four-grain mashbill (over 60% malted rye, yellow corn, caramel malted rye, chocolate malted rye), with slow-toasted and drum-roasted rye malt. Aged over 3 years in 53-gallon charred oak barrels after a 7-day fermentation, it’s non-chill filtered, occasionally capturing barrel sediment for authenticity. Small batches (6-10 barrels) ensure a rich, complex profile. Sip it neat to savor its sweet-spicy balance, on the rocks, or in a Manhattan for a fruity twist.
