Chartreuse Yellow VEP

Centuries of monastic know-how, patiently refined. Yellow V.E.P. (“Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé”) is Yellow Chartreuse aged far longer in large oak, then bottled by hand in numbered 1L bottles with a wax-sealed cork and wooden presentation box. 

The liqueur unfurls a mellow, gilded profile—130 botanicals woven into a silky, honeyed core with gentle spice, citrus, and alpine herbs —and its extra aging polishes edges while deepening complexity without heaviness. 

At 42% ABV, it drinks luxuriously neat or lightly chilled; the texture glides, flavors layer, and the finish lingers with floral sweetness and subtle saffron-anise lift.

Nose: Herbal forest tones with génépi, lemon thyme, mint, and piney wood; a sprinkle of pepper and faint honey.

Palate: Silky and honeyed with minty freshness, rooty depth, citrus, anise, and saffron; mellow yet purposeful.

Finish: Soft, elegant fade of flowers, herbs, and sweet spice that persists with poised warmth.
