Huarpe's 50-year old vineyards located in Barrancas, Maipú, Mendoza. Altitude 780 meters above sea level. Yield of 7 tons per hectare. Manual selection in March. Double selection performed both in vineyard and at the winery. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures below 25ºC, post-fermentative maceration, malolactic fermentation. Neither filtered nor treated with clarifiers. Aged in new French and American oak barrels for ten months.
