Blackadder Raw Cask 13 Years Old Panama Rum

The Blackadder Raw Cask Rum Panama 13 years old 2007 is a Panama rum bottled by the independent bottler Blackadder. This rum was distilled on the 23rd of February 2007 and matured in cask PR4. It was bottled in November 2020 at a natural cask strength of 62.9% ABV as a limited single cask release of 220 bottles.

Panama rum is spicy with even some notes of tiger balm on the nose. Roasted coffee beans with fresh coconut, cherries and berries in milk chocolate and oak. On the palate, it’s mostly cherries and berries followed by exotic spices and delicate chocolate aromas. The finish is long and powerful with sweet/sour fruit aromas and spices.
