NV Arnot-Roberts Rose

Whole cluster treaded, 24 hours of skin contact, then basket-pressed into stainless steel tanks. It underwent native yeast fermentation (no malolactic fermentation), and was filtered before bottling.

The 2018 Rose exhibits a light salmon color and light to medium body, with an alcohol level of 11.5%. The wine has lifted aromas of white peaches, honeydew melon, and blood orange zest, overlayed with dried herbs. The palate bursts with fresh fruit balanced by salinity and savory character
