Iwai Tradition Wine Cask Finish Sommelier Series Whiskey

Iwai Tradition finished in Brewer Clifton Pinot Noir casks. The 2 pinot barrels were shipped from Lompoc to Nagano where they finished Iwai Tradition in the casks for 10 months. 

1st in Sommelier Series. 601 bottles released.

Aromas of ripe grape clusters, slightly sweet up front with a gentle finish.
