Suntory 100th Anniversary Hakushu 18 Years Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky

This centennial release of Hakushu 18 Year Old brings a new angle to peated whisky. Matured in a variety of casks, it is a fresh and gentle single malt with a softly smoky core that brings aromas of green apples, jasmine blossom and sweet peat smoke on the nose. The palate is filled with oven-fresh cookies and vanilla notes, with waves of lingering sweet smoke on the finish.

NOSE: Vibrant with top notes of sage, ripe green apple, and hints of ripe pineapple

PALATE: Complex smoke revealing layers of herbal, grapefruit, and acacia honey notes
