This wine comes from a plot of 10 hectares of degraded granite land called gravel. The sandy gravel structure and graceful texture changes temperature rapidly depending on the climate. Heated during the day and cools at night, allowing the grapes a good and long maturation.

Has an intense crimson color with purplish rim, shown clean and bright; marked visibly stained tear.
 
Nose: Remarkably aromatic, expressive freshness and sweet; This red wine from Sara Perez has a good definition of wild fruit with elegant mineral notes, blueberries, blackberries and forest freesias, faded floral and herbaceous sensations of Mediterranean forest, with hints of rosemary and thyme are guessed; background emerge spicy nuances and delicate roasted notes.
