NV Domaine De Chantemerle Chablis Chardonnay

A must for anyone who loves Chablis but looking for something different. It has the minerality and citrus fruits but has more stone fruits flavors.

Hints of green apple, lime and citrus as well as warm ripe stone fruits, almost moving into tropical aromas. A weightier palate than usual, with stone fruits, citrus fruits and medium levels of acidity.

Enjoy as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to seafood. Drinking well now but with the potential to cellar for three years.
