Domaine de Grisy Bourgogne Blanc

Aromas of lemon, fresh peeled apple, talc, and tropical fruits leap out of the glass. Not super light, but also not medium bodied. This wine has all the hallmarks of white Burgundy: creamy, apple lemon dreamy; chalky mineral notes; and a lean acidity that keeps it pushing to a spicy finish.
