Redacted Bros. 6 Year Old Oak Cask TB/BSW Blended Scotch Whisky is a unique and flavorful blend, created by the Thompson brothers, Phil and Simon. Originally known as Thompson Bros., they are renowned for establishing one of Scotland's top whisky bars and crowdfunding their own distillery at the Dornoch Castle Hotel. Due to trademark issues in the US, the brand name has been changed to Redacted Bros.

This expression celebrates sherry maturation and sherry-forward blends of the past. The whisky is a blend of carefully chosen single malts and single grains, all aged for at least 6 years before being expertly blended and rested. The specific details of the malts and grains used remain a secret, adding to the intrigue of this unique blend.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this whisky offers a balance of easy-drinking quaffability and flavor-forward intensity.

Nose: Plum sauce, miso, golden sultanas, cinder toffee, and coffee crème patissiere.

Palate: Golden sultanas, raisin loaf, buttered Jamaican cake, maple, and toasted cinnamon.
