Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon is a unique four-grain bourbon finished with French Oak Staves. It features a blend of three bourbon mash bills finished with two different types of French Oak Staves, offering a delicate balance of flavors. This bourbon is aged for 5 years and typically bottled at 104 proof. However, ours was bottled at 110 proof as a private single barrel selection. It's a non-chill-filtered bourbon, showcasing a meticulous process to preserve its rich flavors and aromas.

We loved this barrel from the first sip! The French oak staves weren’t in the barrel for too long, so it didn’t come across as overly done—just a subtle enhancement to an already delicious barrel. Best Architect we’ve ever tried.
