Meet Penelope Architect "Crème Brûlée" Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It’s dessert in a bottle! Limited‑edition and decadent, this bourbon is built like a flavor structure, finished with French oak staves chosen using Radoux’s OakScan® precision technology.

Bottled at a bold 110 proof (55 % ABV), it’s powerful yet meticulously balanced. The mash bill combines corn, wheat, rye and malted barley, distilled by MGP, then finished and bottled by Penelope at Castle & Key in Kentucky after four to five and a half years aging. Rich amber in color, it delivers layers of caramelized sugar, vanilla custard, buttercream, and toasted oak that unfold like a brûléed dessert—and then some.
