Sourced MGP Rye (95% rye, most likely) The nose provides ripe berries and pencil shaving while to palate delivers dried fruit, nougat, and white chocolate. The finish has rich notes of sugar (confectionary, warm spice, and everything nice! complex judging from the first pour. However, this spirit seems like it will open nicely with oxidation.
