Laws Whiskey House 6 Year Old San Luis Valley Bonded Straight Rye Whiskey

The first rye whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado history, it hails from the San Luis Valley rye grain of a single season, shaped by us as the single distiller, then aged in our federally bonded rickhouse for at least four years.

• MASH BILL: 95% heirloom rye, 5% heirloom barley
• AGED: 6+ years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels
• ALC/VOL: 50%

AROMAS: Sweetgrass with honey and brine
FLAVORS: Cooling notes of wild mint and fennel followed by deeper accents of sea salt, orange tea and brown sugar on the palate. Finishes with tobacco notes and a rich, buttery mouthfeel.
