Faccia Brutto Spirits Centerbe

We decided that a lesser-known Italian category needed to be represented here in the US and we set out to make the best version we could. Centerbe is an herbal liqueur hailing from the Abruzzo region of Italy and has been made there since the 18th century. It means "a hundred herbs" in Italian, referring to the vast quantity of herbs and botanicals used (maybe not exactly 100, but close). Ours is made with half dried herbs macerated for a week in non-GMO GNS, and half fresh ones, added in for an overnight maceration to extract color and maintain freshness. It's fresh, naturally colored and 45% abv.
