It’s legit!

I am a fan of the Linhook vertical single barrel and this doesn’t Disappoint! Unlike sow of the other 8 yrs, I like this best with a couple drops of water and then the flavors I love appear!

Solid pick! Caramel bomb off right off the first sip, with a bit honey sweetness and a solid finish. Seemed to drink a bit hotter than it’s proof when first opened, but smooths out after some air. First time trying a Pinhook pick and glad I picked it up! Great experience and service from Prime Barrel as always!

Floral bouquet, yet mature

So floral on the first smell, sip. Then apple pie w caramel drizzle... the finish is longer than expected, a bit tanic/dry but not unpleasant. As it sits, 2nd taste is buttered popcorn! With a caramel drizzle... caramel corn. Mellowing out on the palate to very smooth. Good oak on the end. This is definitely my all time fave of Pinhooks (and I have tried plenty of expressions in the last 4 years!). Thanks Fred for a stellar pick!

Great Pick

I really enjoyed this one. Just a little off the mark on my personal favorite flavor profiles but very close! I looked at my tasting notes and I didn’t annotate this one to buy again but I’m very glad I tried it and I had a great experience with your order process. Thank you!
