Benrinnes 11 Years Speyside Hogshead 86 Proof Signatory Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Distilled in June 2007, this Benrinnes was whacked straight into a pair of bourbon barrels for just over a decade. After 11 years of ageing, Signatory decided it was time to bottle the single malt in February 2019, and did so, bottling the Highlander at 43% ABV.
