From Alain and Agnes Carrere’s estate, with Domaine Matassa's Tom Lubbe consulting. A blend of Carignan and Grenache from vines aged 20 to 120 years-old on clay and limestone terroir. Fermented on indigenous yeast, aged in concrete tank.

Appearance: ruby color, brilliant. Nose: fresh blackberry, cherry. Palate: melted tannins and intense fruit, black fruit, great minerality
