Seikyo Omachi Junmai Ginjo Sake

Seikyo Ginjo is a Hiroshima style Sake; fruity and semidry. Uniquely the yeast used in this Sake comes from apple skin which gives a beautiful fragrance. Rich and soft with ricey flavor and bright fresh cripness.
