Valentine Distilling 'Mayor Pingree' Black Label 13 year old Bourbon

The most recent black label release from Valentine Distilling, the 13 year follows in the tradition of the previous releases (7 year, 9 year, 10 year, 11 year) with a blend that is designed to showcase the 'outlier' profiles of barrels that have matured distinctive notes from those of their peers. Loads of bright strawberry, raspberry, and tart cherry mingle with a perfect amount of oak lending vanilla, mint, and herbal tea notes. Evolves beautifully with time in the glass. Complex, well balanced. ABV 61.5%.
