Game Of Thrones "Six Kingdoms" Mortlach 15 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Inspired by the series finale of HBO®’s iconic series, DIAGEO and HBO are proud to introduce the ninth and final bottling in the Game of Thrones Limited Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection. This rare malt pays tribute to the three-eyed raven and the fate of Westeros, whose long-held Seven Kingdoms ultimately became six at the conclusion of the show’s climactic battle for the Iron Throne.

The bottling, a Mortlach Single Malt Scotch Whisky aged for 15 years, is presented in a metallic gold canister featuring a powerful image of the three-eyed raven. The Six Kingdoms packaging pays homage to the last Greenseer, whose ability to see beyond the constraints of time and unravel the intricate stories that held the tapestry of Westeros together proved to be his ultimate power. Much like the Six Kingdoms and its leader, the Mortlach Distillery is built on the site of a historic battle and is the first to rule over Dufftown’s whisky trade legitimately. Influenced by its own collection of historical figures, Mortlach’s signature method to distill the liquid exactly 2.81 times is a complex process as unique as the Three-Eyed Raven character.

Nose: Buttery biscuits, sweet apples, and stewed peaches open the glass, joined by raisins, white grapes, dried flowers, and soft orange peel. Underneath sit sherry, figs, herbs, almonds, and a touch of leather, giving a gently waxy, slightly meaty Mortlach signature.

Palate: Creamy vanilla and oak spice arrive first, followed by citrus zest, dried fruits, caramelized apples, pears, and a light chocolate-toffee sweetness. Biscuit malt, brown sugar, and gentle rancio notes ride alongside mineral hints and a faint earthy edge from the sherry-seasoned casks.

Finish: Medium-long finish with citrus peel, baked apples, brown sugar, and pie-crust warmth, touched by vanilla and light pepper. Lingering sherry fruit, nuts, and subtle wood spice leave the palate warm, slightly dry, and ready for another measured sip.
