The blend of three whiskies (American and Canadian rye), three mash bills, and three age statements (3YR, 4YR, and 14YR ) add up to RY3, a sumptuous and heavenly honeycombed mouthful of peach nectar and maple bran. White pepper punctuates an otherwise seamless coat of orange peel, vanilla musk, and cigar leaf. Cask strength adds a mich welcomed "oomph" and makes this whiskey one of our favorite rye sippers of the year. 124.2 Proof / 62.1% ABV.

• Nose: Brown sugar, molasses, orange peel, cinnamon bark, rye spice
• Palate: Caramel, toffee, raisins, light herbal note, a touch of honey. Not overly sweet
• Finish: Marzipan, burnt caramel, dark chocolate
